Tripsy - Responsible Game Play Policy

1. KYC Verification:
Before any player can deposit money, we verify them through Aadhaar-OTP verification. This ensures that we know the age and location of the user. If the user is 18 years or above and is located in a state where cash games are permitted, only then can they proceed with the deposit of money in their account.
2. Blocking of players:
We block players from playing cash games if they are located in states where cash games are banned, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, and Tamil Nadu.
3. Pre-Withdrawal KYC Verification:
Before a player can withdraw funds, we require a second level of KYC verification, which includes PAN Card verification. This allows us to deduct TDS and create GST invoices.
4. Player Limits:
We have set limits on daily, weekly, and monthly deposits that players can make. We also have self-imposed limits that are based on the player's KYC verification.
5. Fraud Protection:
We undertake a multi-step KYC process, including Aadhaar verification and PAN Number verification, to identify the player's age, location, and TAX ids. We also use sophisticated algorithmic and manual checks to identify patterns of fraud.
6. Compliance Team:
Our Chief Compliance Officer, Sachin Uppal, leads a support team of four to ensure compliance with our responsible gaming policies and procedures.
7. Chargeback Policy:

8. Invoice Generation:
We generate invoices for players in accordance with our Payments Policy, which can be found in our Terms of Service.
9. User Balance Details:
We provide user balance details in accordance with our Payments Policy, which can be found in our Terms of Service.
10. Geofencing:
We use third-party industry-recognized services like Maxmind based IP address and geo-location APIs, as well as Aadhaar Location verification KYC services, to identify the location of a player and allow payments and cash games from allowed states in India.
11. Risk Management:
We have a blocking mechanism in place to block fraudsters and track suspicious users. We also identify patterns of fraud through IP linkages, device ID linkages, friend referral linkages, and KYC identification of the players.
