What is the process to withdraw cash from my user account?
To withdraw cash from your user account, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1
Click on the tab displaying your total balance on your home screen.
Step 2
A popup tab will appear with the option to "Withdraw." Click on it.
Depending on whether you have completed your PAN verification or not, two scenarios will arise:
a. If you haven't completed your PAN verification, you will be prompted to do so.
b. If you have already completed your PAN verification, you can proceed with the withdrawal process.
By following these steps, you'll be able to initiate a cash withdrawal from your user account.
1. If PAN Verification is Pending
If your PAN (Permanent Account Number) has not been verified yet, verifying it before making a withdrawal is mandatory. This verification is necessary to ensure that the appropriate amount of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is deducted. If you are withdrawing funds for the first time, you will need to complete the PAN card verification process, which is quick and straightforward, taking just a few minutes to complete.
Step 1
Tap on ‘Verify’ button next to Aadhaar card to proceed. You can verify PAN only once your Aadhaar is verified.
Step 2
Verify your Aadhaar details using any one option provided in the screen. Once Aadhaar is verified you can continue to verify your PAN.
Step 3
Tap on ‘Verify’ button next to PAN card to proceed.
Step 4
Enter your Aadhaar Number and PAN in the fields provided and tap on submit.
Once your PAN is verified you can withdraw money from your wallet.
2. If PAN has been verified
If your PAN is verified and there are no pending withdrawal requests, you can withdraw money.
Step 1
Tap on the button displaying your total balance on your home screen. Then tap on ‘Withdraw’ button in the popup that appears.
Step 2
If you have no pending withdrawal request you can continue to enter the amount you want to withdraw and select UPI or Bank Account to receive the amount.
How to withdraw money using UPI?
Step 1
Tap on the button displaying your total balance on your home screen. Then tap on ‘Withdraw’ button in the popup that appears.
Step 2
In the Withdraw screen Add your UPI account by entering your UPI ID and tap on ‘Save’ button.
Step 3
Tap on the button displaying your total balance on your home screen. Then tap on ‘Withdraw’ button in the popup that appears.
Step 4
In the Withdraw screen Add your UPI account by entering your UPI ID and tap on ‘Save’ button.
Step 5
You will see ‘Withdrawal Request Successful’ screen. Allow 24-48 hours to process the request.
How to withdraw money to Bank Account?
Step 1
Tap on the button displaying your total balance on your home screen. Then tap on ‘Withdraw’ button in the popup that appears.
Step 2
In the Withdraw screen Add your UPI account by entering your UPI ID and tap on ‘Save’ button.
Step 3
If your IFSC code is valid tap on ‘Add Bank Account’ button to continue.
Step 4
Enter the 6 digit OTP that you receive on the mobile number you signed up with.
Step 5
Once your Bank Account is saved enter the amount you want to withdraw and tap on ‘Withdraw Now’ button
Step 6
You will see ‘Withdrawal Request Successful’ screen. Allow 24-48 hours to process the request.
Other conditions to fulfill a withdrawal?
The withdrawal policy of Tripsy Games includes the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may attract processing charges, which will be notified to you at the time of placing a withdrawal request.
- To process any withdrawals or refunds, you need to have a completed User Account profile and provide a scanned copy of your Permanent Account Number (PAN) card. Additional KYC details and identification proof, such as address proof, may also be required.
- Once a withdrawal request is verified, the amount requested will be disbursed through electronic transfer or on the financial instrument used to credit funds to your User Account.
- While the platform aims to process withdrawals in a timely manner, delays may occur due to verification and transaction processing. The platform is not liable for any compensation for such delays.
- Bank Account Proof can be uploaded by the player from the "My profile page" or sent to support from the registered email address for uploading.
- If you are a prize winner residing in India but not an Indian citizen, your winnings will be remitted in Indian Rupees to the address provided, subject to compliance with the Terms and relevant provisions of the RBI and FEMA.
- All winnings are subject to deduction of tax (TDS) as per the law. From April 1, 2023, TDS will be deducted at a rate of 30% from your net winnings at the time of withdrawal. Net winnings are calculated as Total Withdrawals minus Total Deposits.
- If you have a withdrawable net winning balance as of March 31st each year and do not withdraw or partially withdraw your winnings during the financial year, the net winnings in your wallet will be considered a withdrawal amount. TDS will be deducted on such an amount, and the remaining balance will be carried forward to the next financial year as the opening balance.
- The platform reserves the right to verify your PAN from time to time. If your PAN details are found to be inaccurate or inconsistent during the verification process, your winnings or bonuses may be forfeited, and balance funds in your User Account may be blocked.
- The platform may contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or calls to communicate and notify you about any unutilized amounts.
- You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and other costs associated with the winnings resulting from the use of the services.
